I agree with Jose, Apple finds ways to do so much with so little. They have continually pushed the bar of minimalism. They have just enough gloss and flare but nothing else.
I love the threadless and tumblr interfaces as well.

Apple, when it comes to UI (among other things), it’s one of the best. They’re truly visionary group!
